This a weird one, because it's not something they both consciously do or try to do. It comes entirely naturally as part of their experience giving and taking orders, lol. Like, Regill is not deliberately trying to talk dirty when he says something like "Now get your armor off if you want my mouth on the real thing" (in my fic 'Contrafacfum') he's just saying a literal statement in his mind... it just happens to be extremely sexy especially in his voice lmao.

The only exception is the well placed critical hit "good boy" / "good girl" which are entirely intentional (most of the time).
